  • Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits to all clients.

  • Perform all steps of the sales process according to Audi Flatirons and Holman requirements.

  • Planned budgets, analyzed trends and monitored all daily expenditures for approximately $4 million in funding.

  • Provided fiduciary oversight for all accounting, purchasing and payroll functions to comply with policies, procedures and regulations.

  • Independently analyzed budgets and business operations for fiscal efficacy. Saved $90,000 by revising unit professional development policy.

  • Created reports and forecasts with charts, statistical analyses and spreadsheets to inform leadership and monitor resources for ongoing and future operations.

  • Provided exceptional customer service to parents and students in escalated situations, on behalf of the Dean.

  • Supervised and coached three professional full-time staff.

LEAD ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN | UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO

As the Lead Accounting Tech, I performed accounting duties for five departments at the University of Colorado to ensure compliance with state and university policies and procedures.

  • Performed monthly GL journal entries; researched and resolved problems.

  • Selected as Project Manager for Document Management Initiative.

  • Provided technical, financial, grant management assistance and HR support to departments.

  • Developed instructional videos for staff time reporting; this project was selected as a winner of the CU Shared Practices Award.

INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION SUPERVISOR, INTEL ANALYST, LANGUAGE PROGRAM MANAGER | UNITED STATES ARMY

December 2003 - February 2007

As an active-duty, US Army Non-Commissioned Officer, I oversaw specific aspects of tactical human intelligence collection while deployed in a combat zone. I evaluated intelligence reports looking for trends and presented conclusions and recommendations to leadership.

  • Managed HUMINT operations for 4th Infantry Division.

  • Led 8 soldiers, 17 civilians, 7 interpreters. Selected as Command Language Program Manager.

  • Trained and mentored a team which produced over 3,500 quality intelligence reports in one year.

  • Ensured rapid transfer of information from collectors, to analysts, to targeting.

  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations.

  • Implemented measures to ensure safety of all military personnel.

  • Collaborated with Fusion Cell to merge HUMINT with SIGINT and other intelligence sources to provide comprehensive, actionable targeting data.

  • Maintained official records and reports for internal and external audits.
